Last fall I was added to the Contractor's List as a Sign Vendor at Hemlock Farms. I am not required to register as a PA Contractor because I limit my sign installation to Hemlock Farms and to only planting the 4 x 4 posts for wooden signs. My cash price is always less then $500.00, and with less than $500.00 you are not required to be Register. I do not do any Electrical work.

Since then I have made signs for the Hemlock Farms Public Works Department for the NEW Homes catching up on the backlog.
I also make signs for Chant Realtors with the Chant Logo.
I also made replacement signs for Residences of Hemlock Farms and this is the fastest growing area of my business.
I use a Sears Computer Controlled Sign Machine called the Compucarve.
With the Software, I have unlimited Fonts and I do not have a limit on the number of letters or size like in the past.
You can look through your Home Computer at the Fonts and pick one you like or let me select the standards and send you artwork proof emails.
I can also add art to the sign like Deer and Bears.
The art is not limited to just Deer and Bears, I have access to many patterns and have a local source that is a Digital Patternmaker for the Carving Machine.

Once I complete the Artwork in the Computer, I will send you a Screen Shot for your approval. This gives you the opportunity to make changes before I cut the sign.
